Neglected by her parents, who were consumed with running their company, Polaris, Inc., Rae also struggled with being powerless while her brother had incredible abilities. Determined to prove herself she set out to show her parents and the world that she was more than capable, with or without powers. This brought her to join her brother and help those in need.
